Brockwell Hall Restoration
Control Electrical Engineers Ltd were employed to carry out the Mechanical & Electrical works to the restoration known as Brockwell Hall (Grade II listed building) situated in Brockwell Park, London Borough of Lambeth. The project consists of 3 buildings, the refurbishment of the Main House and Stables Block and a new development referred to as the Events Area.
Brockwell Hall Restoration
The project scope includes the supply & installation of the following systems
- A new LTHW plant room with associated equipment & power supplies
- Domestic water services including a new hot water storage tank
- CAT5 tank
- Chemically clean and flush the LTHW systems
- Chlorination of domestic water services
- Mechanical Ventilation Systems
- Air-Conditioning system
- Install a new electrical distribution system and main panel board
- New sub-mains and small power installation
- Lighting, Emergency lighting and controls
- Fire Alarm System
- ELV data installation
- Disabled Toilet Alarm System
