Brockwell Hall Restoration

Control Electrical Engineers Ltd were employed to carry out the Mechanical & Electrical works to the restoration known as Brockwell Hall (Grade II listed building) situated in Brockwell Park, London Borough of Lambeth. The project consists of 3 buildings, the refurbishment of the Main House and Stables Block and a new development referred to as the Events Area. 


Brockwell Hall Restoration

The project scope includes the supply & installation of the following systems

  • A new LTHW system across all three  buildings with various emitters such as radiators, trench heaters, fan convectors and AHU’s
    • A new LTHW plant room with associated equipment & power supplies
    • Domestic water services including a new hot water storage tank
    • CAT5 tank
    • Chemically clean and flush the LTHW systems
    • Chlorination of domestic water services
    • Mechanical Ventilation Systems
    • Air-Conditioning system
    • Install a new electrical distribution system and main panel board
    • New sub-mains and small power installation
    • Lighting, Emergency lighting and controls
    • Fire Alarm System
    • ELV data installation
    • Disabled Toilet Alarm System
    • EVCS System
    • CCTV Cabling
    • Access Control System
    • Intruder Alarm System
    • Lightning Protection System
    • EV Charger
