Electrical Installation

Complete electrical installations for new build, fit-out and refurbishment: LV distribution and switchgear, sub-mains and distribution boards, containment, lighting and emergency lighting, small power, fire alarm and life-safety systems, data and security containment, access control and door entry, and external services. Every installation is inspected, tested and certified to BS 7671:2018 under our NICEIC approval.

Mechanical Installation

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems designed and installed for comfort and efficiency: heat pumps and low-carbon heat sources, VRF/VRV systems, ductwork and ventilation, pipework distribution, plant rooms and BMS controls. We are accredited installers for Mitsubishi Electric and official business partners of Daikin Air Conditioning UK.

Plumbing & Public Health

Hot and cold water services, above-ground drainage, sanitaryware installation, water treatment and booster sets — from single-riser refurbishments to complete public health packages for residential and hotel developments.

Design & Build

Our in-house engineering team takes projects from concept to construction: feasibility studies, site validations, load assessments and maximum demand calculations, conceptual layouts and fully coordinated design packages. We work alongside your design team or carry full design responsibility ourselves.

Commercial & Pre-Construction Support

Cost estimating, budget pricing, value engineering and measured take-offs from tender drawings. Our commercial team supports main contractors from first enquiry through to final account, with transparent, itemised pricing you can take to your client with confidence.

Maintenance & Aftercare

Planned and reactive maintenance, periodic inspection and testing (EICR), remedial works and small works packages — keeping the buildings we hand over performing for their occupants.
