- Chlorination of domestic water services
- Mechanical Ventilation Systems
- Motorised Fire Damper
- Air-Conditioning system
- Install a new electrical distribution system and main panel board
- New sub-mains and small power installation
- Lighting, Emergency lighting and controls
- Fire Alarm System
- Disabled Toilet Alarm System
- Disabled Refuge Alarm System
- Testing and commissioning
